School Introduction

Beijing Enlighten School was established in 2019, it is a vibrant community, blending and balancing wisdom, beauty and culture of East and West. Based on the implementation of the CNC curriculum within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, strategies and assessments are being creatively blended. BES is committed to the development of thoughtful learners and caring global stewards, within a community that is a model for the future in which we all live and grow in harmony.

Beijing Enlighten School is an IB World School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP), and a candidate School for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that Beijing Enlighten School believes is important for our students.

Beijing Enlighten School is located in the Beijing Central District of Chaoyang, east of the Red Brick Art Gallery, west by the First District of Art, south of Da Wang Jing Area, north is in connection with Whole Wetland Park. BES is surrounded and embraced by abundant art, sports, and cultural resources. Those educational sites resources provide students opportunities for engaging in diverse learning activities.
