Jessie Jiang

Chinese Teacher of Secondary School

Ms. Jiang is a senior Chinese educator. She has been engaged in IB Chinese teaching and Chinese project management in international schools in Beijing. She has 15 years of teaching experience in MYP project and DP project of IB course. She has been the IBDP examiner since 2010. She has also been the core member of the marking standardization as well , She has guided the students to complete EE (extended essay) and PP (personal project) and obtained excellent results. She successively participated in the MYP authorization in two schools. She also published education and teaching papers and won awards. Ms. Jiang obtained a master's degree in comparative literature and world literature from Sichuan University, and holds the Chinese Teaching certificate of senior high school .Ms. Jiang adheres to the attitude of "honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and practicality". In her spare time, she is a volunteer of Tzu Chi education team, focusing on the cultivation of children's character. At the same time, she is also an active practitioner of CAS (creative activity service) course.As a Chinese teacher and the mother of two children, Ms. Jiang has a strong interest in the Enlightenment of traditional Chinese culture and Chinese character culture. In her spare time, she systematically studied the traditional primary school courses including philology, exegetics and phonology, and applied the contents to teaching practice. She understands the expectations of Chinese parents for their children. She firmly believes that only by taking root in China and consolidating the foundation of mother tongue which can make us have a broad view of the world and go further in the future.
