He used to be a geography teacher in a key middle school in Beijing, and a geography teacher and researcher at Beijing Haidian District Teacher Training School. He mainly undertook the teaching and research work of Haidian District's junior Senior high school curriculum reform, regional proposition evaluation, etc., and was responsible for the design and implementation of teacher subject training courses in Haidian District. Outstanding young teacher, has won the first prize of teacher teaching appraisal in Haidian District, Beijing.
